Triad Care, Inc. is a comprehensive health and wellness business based in Greensboro, NC that provides health care services to companies. Job Summary:

As a member of our clinical team, you will provide onsite health care services at our client’s locations in Winston-Salem, NC and Lexington, NC. The clinics are currently held two days per week (approximately 16 hours total per week). Onsite wellness physicals and health coaching may also be required. Clinic days and services offered may increase over time. Current clinic services include occupational health, acute care, disease management, patient counseling, nutrition support, health coaching, point of care lab testing and medication therapy management. This practitioner will collaborate with physicians, nurses, registered dietitians, and other health professionals to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate pharmacotherapy to ensure that desired patient outcomes are met through safe, timely, effective, economical patient care.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care services onsite at one or more Triad Care, Inc. client locations.
  • Provide updates and feedback to Triad Care, Inc. account manager and office manager.
  • Complete patient physicals.
  • Complete patient scheduling and follow-up.
  • Complete point of care testing.
  • Conduct lab draws for necessary lab work, complete documentation for lab partner, schedule specimen pick-up, and interpret/communicate lab results.
  • Conduct occupational health requirements, testing, and reporting.

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree required, Master’s degree in nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant program.
  • National certification required after January 1, 2010.
  • Continuing education is mandatory for recertification and for continuing regulatory recognition to practice in the state of North Carolina.
  • One to three years of experience working in a clinical, acute care, or occupational health setting preferred.
  • One year as a mid-level practitioner preferred.
  • Current, active NP/PA license in North Carolina, registry with appropriate boards of medicine and nursing, current DEA registry and BLS required.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Periods of standing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

Schedule

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am-3pm, with paid drive time between clinics.

Travel Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to travel to Triad Care, Inc. potential and existing client location(s).
